1st Game of Spring Season 08

Our first game is April 12th 1:00 at Marina High School. Our home games will be played at Marina High and York. Please have your daughter wear her white jersey.

Our April 19th AWAY game is possibly being switched to Sunday, April 20th. I will keep all of you updated.
I will post our home schedule on the D2 website in the next few days, and I will post any AWAY times I am aware of as well.

We are a Class 3 team, group A, GU12 GOLD. I will search the Delgado Soccer.org website to gather more information as well as a detailed schedule and post ASAP.

Our First game is Saturday, November 17th at 9:05 at McGarvey Field at Red Morton Park in Redwood City.

We play again at 12:20 on that same field/same day.

HWY 280N exiting at Farm Hill BLVD.

Hotel Sofitel in Redwood Shores, off of HWY 101 coming in from Whipple Road. Some of you stayed at the Sofitel during the Soccer By The Bay Tournament.

Delgado website and click on District Cup. Click on schedules, scroll down, we are Class 3 U12G Gold. You will be able to view the teams we are playing in the tournament.

Game 5/12 Reminder

As you know we are Tues/Thurs practice this week at Palma. Scott and I will let you know if this changes, we have secured Spreckels Elementary School Field if needed.

Game this Saturday at York.
Wear White
Please arrive NO LATER THAN 9:15. (10:00 kick-off)

We are playing the SMCA Mania, should be a good match.

One last note, MCFC has received several complaints from York Administration regarding unsupervised children roaming through the campus, and playing in water, as well as in the restrooms.
We all want to watch our daughters play, but this does not dismiss us from watching their siblings. Please be aware, as our team as well as few others have been warned. Thank you for your consideration in this area.

MCFC Spring Soccer Camp

Info on 8 Week Spring soccer camp that our club will be hosting starting in March & AprilSundays:March 4, 11, 18, 25April 1, 15, 22, 293-5 at San Benancio School Please make sure all of your teams receive the flyer and encourage them to attend the camp. The camp will be targeted at the teams and the needs of both the team and individuals. The more teams can attend, the better we believe the camp will work. Please also utilize this as a try-out venue for new players you would like to see at the camp that might be candidates for your teams. We will have club balls and shirts to hand out as part of the registration packet. Thanks for the support, and let me know as soon as possible if your team will be attending, approximately how many kids from your team ($50/player for team sign-ups – great bargain) will be coming, and some of the training needs you know about for your team.

Hurricane Parents,

Please confirm with me if your daughter is going to play Spring outdoor soccer.
I would like a clear number by this Saturday, February 10th.

We do not have an exact date for opening weekned, but "think" early April.
Tiffany will provide a cost breakdown as soon as we get number confirmation. She will also have to factor in field costs, referees, and a reserve for our club team. Once she arrives at the exact cost, and we know the number of players, then we will proceed with the collection of money (please be as prompt as possible with payment).

Again, this would be travel between Salinas/Monterey Peninsula, and the greater Bay Area.

This weekend please have your daughter wear her red jersey. Please arrive a little after 2:00PM.
